AchievementsDeveloping a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for traffic control during the weekends which are the busiest days in the park. Cross-trained with wilderness rangers to check back country campsites and permits. Worked traffic for visiting politicians as well as setting up and attending events for them. Maintained a safe and positive workspace for all coworkers. Developed explanations and interpretations for new time entry permit system for visitors. Had a high degree of customer service and satisfaction for visitors. Was extremely flexible and self starting when it came to new policy changes and implementations of new technology.
